Questions, answered.

Every slab and schedule is different. These answers cover the basics, and your quote will confirm the details for your project.

Ask about my floor
How long does installation take?

Timing depends on square footage, slab condition, repairs, weather, and the selected system. Your proposal will include a project-specific installation and return-to-service plan.

When can I walk or park on the floor?

Cure and return-to-service times vary by product and conditions. We will provide exact instructions for foot traffic, moving items back, and vehicle parking after installation.

Does the garage need to be empty?

Yes. The floor and the lower perimeter of the walls need to be accessible for grinding, edge work, coating, and safe movement of equipment. We will explain the preparation checklist before the scheduled date.

Can you repair cracks before coating?

Suitable non-structural cracks can be prepared and repaired as part of the project. Active movement, moisture, or structural conditions require separate evaluation, and no coating can guarantee that moving cracks will never return.

What coating system do you install?

NexGen specializes in decorative full-flake systems with professional surface preparation and a durable clear polyaspartic topcoat. The exact base coat and build are selected for the slab and project conditions.

Where do you work?
